What is a Freetime Desk ticket?

 

It is a notification of the activity that you have purchased, giving you the date, time, and place at which you must go to enjoy your Freetime Desk formula.
The ticket must be handed to the partner/instructor of the formula upon arrival at the place in order to be admitted.

 

What is an open ticket?

 

Some formulas, do not have a predefined dates, these are called: open ticket formulas. You have to contact the partner by calling the phone number indicated on the ticket, to agree on a date. Then, it is up to you to go to the place on the right date and time, and enjoy your activity.

 

What is the validity of my ticket ?

 

6 months from date of purchase.

 

What are the tickets delivery options ?

 

When purchasing your formulas tickets you may choose between two options:

 

- E-ticket : You may receive you ticket by E-mail and print it at home (instantly)

- Postal service : Your tickets will be sent by Post Canada service (48 hours). 3.00 $ fee will apply.

 

How far in advance should I make my reservation for an open ticket formula ?

 

Once you have purchased your formula, contact the partner to agree on a date. His phone number is indicated on the ticket you received.

 

Are the credit card transactions secured on Internet ?

 

Online payment on our site is done by Paypal, which manages secured card transactions. At no time access to your bank account data is provided to us. The transmission of your payment information is encrypted, these payment datas are never carried as non-crypted on the Internet.
